Hello, my name is Albert. I’m a coffee lover and tech professional from California with a lifelong interest in art, design, music, science and technology.

I launched this website as a central location to share my interests and showcase samples of my work to the world. You will also find links to my extended network of social accounts (private and public), where I also periodically share.

Art & Design

Interwoven into the things I do is an interest in art and design. I definitely have an artistic side and have been enjoying drawing and painting since I was a child. As for design, it has been something that I have incorporated into personal and professional projects. Whether it be designing social media posts to designing websites, design has been something that actively forms part of what I do. At one point I even considered pursuing a more design centric career in automotive design, but ultimately my more technical side won. I invite you to explore some of the sample work I published on this site and on my social accounts showcasing my artistic and designer side.

Music

I am no musician, but I enjoy listening to all kinds of music and enjoy learning the process behind its production. Music is a must in my day to day. Whether it’s going for a drive or while working, I will have my favorite tracks playing to keep my mind stimulated and motivated. I’ve even collaborated with friends to help record and mix songs. Along the way I’ve learned a bit about audio engineering tools and process of recording and mastering a track.

Technology

My interest in technology goes beyond my professional work in DevOps and Web Application Development. I have always enjoyed topics that relate to engineering, computer science, and science in general. I was that kid that would go to a library and check out non-fiction books instead of a classic novel. As I got older, I became more hands on, particularly with computers and then coding, especially for web. I felt motivated to pursue a career related to engineering, first considering aerospace engineering and then evolving into computer engineering and web technologies.
